I believe we all have more time to think in todays world.  Many of our leisure activities have been altered due to the Pandemic.

My definition of Leisure is:  Leisure is your free time, away from all work and responsibility. In other words it’s your fun time, your time to release tension, happy moments and freedom. In my podcast I discuss how we need to work on our Cognitive Health, Psychosocial Health and Physical Health.

This past week was the Anniversary for 9/11. I realized that 9/11 and the Pandemic of 2020 have a lot in common.  I was reminded that this is not the first time a crisis has made Americans or the World change the way they live their everyday lives.  I discuss how the correlation between both of these tragic events and times have altered our Leisure Lifestyles. It was so amazing to me to see how drastically our behaviors had to change.  I found that the freedom we have has became so restricted.

Leisure activities in your life are essential to your mental health. I am very aware that there are many fun things that you used to do that are no longer an option due to Covid.  In my podcast I help you problem solve and identify knew ways to still have an active and fun Leisure Lifestyle. I even share a personal experience of mine that freed me and Pushed My Limits.

Pushing the Limits is an exciting thought. It doesn’t mean going against the grain, it means finding your inner strength, your inner soul and freeing that carefree side of yourself.
