Ilise Litwin, aka The Fiery Redhead, has a Bachelor of Science in Recreation from the University of Florida. Go Gators! Ilise has worked in the mental health field in hospital Mental Health Units and Outpatient programs. Ilise’s expertise is in Geriatrics, Pediatrics/Adolescents, Dual Diagnosis, Cancer Wellness, and Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitation. As a Therapeutic Recreational Specialist, Ilise has worked with clients on their coping mechanisms, healthy lifestyle habits, and decreased anxiety and helped her clients identify ways to increase their moods and adapt to life’s challenges. Following the mass High School Shooting, Ilise began to see an extreme mental health crisis in her community. A few years later, Covid hit, and Ilise saw a huge need to share her professional knowledge and her life experiences with an audience. Ilise has successfully published over 150 Episodes of her Podcast and has reached audiences all over the world. Her main goal is to connect with her listeners and readers on a personal level. Bringing to the forefront that everyone struggles, and there are many ways to initiate a new level of self-awareness and care for ourselves.
