The clock strikes midnight everyone cheers, kisses and toasts to the New Year. Whoohoo it is such an exciting new beginning. But is it really? There is a lot of pressure that comes with the idea of New Years Eve. Resolutions, goals and lots of thoughts on how can you change your life for the better. I believe that we all can change our thought process regarding the pressure of the New Year.
The Law of Attraction is if you think negative or positive things you will breathe them into existence. Have you every heard, “don’t say that you will make it happen.”? I am sure there are a lot of you who might not believe in The Law of Attraction. I truly get that. What I do believe is that Positivity is Powerful as well as Negativity. There is an energy around these feelings and actions. The only person that can change the trajectory of your life is you. So the power of the New Year really comes down to your thought process wether it will be a positive or negative start of 2022.
This year I decided not to wait until New Years Eve to make my new goals, wants and needs for the New Year. I started about a week ahead of time so I could have a positive foot forward. I am setting my Law of Attraction. I always end my podcast, blog and videos with Positive Thoughts, Create Positive Energy. I truly believe that our energy within ourselves helps move our lives in a positive or negative direction. I began to write down all of my desires for the upcoming year. Some of my goals are easy to attain and some will take work and effort on my part. It was like a weight was lifted off my shoulders that I set my goals, wants and needs for 2022 early. There will be no pressure in the New Year to figure this out because my first goal of 2022 is accomplished.
There is a sacred act in keeping these goals, wants and needs to yourself. I believe it takes the pressure off others asking you if your goals have been accomplished. So here is your first goal for the New Year. Go and find your happy place, sit there with your journal or phone and write down your goals, needs and wants for the upcoming year. Now create an initial outline on how you will start accomplishing these ideas. Most importantly on a daily basis go back and read this page and repeat to yourself out loud your goals, wants and needs. Saying it to yourself and out loud puts it out there and you are creating the environment to make positive energy happen for you. The Law of Attraction can be very simple but powerful.
